The apartment is a clean, newly finished 1-bedroom in Al Qiyadat, Dahar, with a balcony wide enough for two chairs and a table facing the same unobstructed desert-and-city panorama. Dahar's Go Bus terminal to Cairo is minutes away; Sheraton Road is a short taxi ride.
The space
A clean, newly finished 1-bedroom apartment for up to 2 guests, sitting against open desert hillside in Dahar's Al Qiyadat area — the balcony looks straight out over rocky terrain and the city spread below, with nothing built between you and the hill. The open-plan living and kitchen area is the main room you'll spend time in. The living side has a sofa, coffee table, and TV, with the balcony door opening directly onto the seating area outside — two rattan chairs and a small table, facing the desert panorama. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: hob, oven, fridge, microwave, and kettle, with generous granite counter space, upper and lower cabinets, and a washing machine for longer stays. The bedroom is a calm, quiet room with a double bed, built-in shelving with a curtain rail, and its own AC unit. The bathroom is tiled in dark grey stone, with a shower enclosure and hot water. A dedicated workspace is set up in the apartment if you need to get some work done. Free parking is available on the premises.

Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Ich habe nur für einen Tag gebucht, da ich eine Überbrückung bis zu meinem Flug benötigt habe. Ich konnte auch ein paar Stunden später auschecken, ohne Aufpreis.

Είχα μία καταπληκτική διαμονή. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλόξενος, διακριτικός, φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα είναι η τοποθεσία που είναι δυσπρόσιτη στα ταξί (όμως ο κεντρικός δρόμος σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση για να παραγγέλνετε ταξί απο εκεί) και η ζέστη στο σαλόνι. Κατα τα άλλα, πολύ όμορφα όλα. Άνετοι μεγάλοι χώροι και καθαροί.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft von Ahmed und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Khaled, der Betreuer für die AirBnBs war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und konnte uns immer direkt weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung war so wie in den Bildern beschreiben und die Lage war sehr angenehm, da es etwas ruhiger war (nicht direkt am Trubel). Trotzdem hatte man es nicht weit zum Supermarkt oder anderen Geschäften. Wir würden auf jeden Fall ein zweites Mal dort einziehen, wenn wir wieder in der Stadt sein würden!! :)

Ahmed & Mohamed we‘re really kind, it was easy to Communicate with them and they really just try to assure that you have the Most pleasant stay you could have. The flat is very tidy, looks like on the photos and is in a quiet area. Would recommend anyone to stay at their airbnb

After 12 exhausting days travelling through Egypt, I came to hurghada for relaxing time and 4days of scuba diving. Every one who travelled through Egypt knows how hard it can be to find a quiet place to sleep and moreover clean and confortable... This is what I was looking for and exactly what I got 👍😊 Ahmed never annoyed me like all other hosts I met, by trying to sell me activities. No, this man was always respectful and only took care I have everything I need to have a nice stay. Best host I had in Egypt, best appartement I had also. You can check in, you can't be wrong !

I had a fantastic stay. The apartment is in wonderful condition and in a great location. The neighbourhood is quiet and provides a great space to get away from noise and traffic of the usual accommodations in Egypt. Ahmed was always responsive and helpful, his property manager Mohamed was the same. I will be staying here again the next time I am in Hurghada.
